Emergency Contact sheet and card - The MWHA created these to have emergency info at a truck and trailer (the sheet) and on the saddle (the card) when riding or at an event. This was born out of an accident that happened at a trail ride when a member came off her horse and was hurt and people didn't know who they should call or what to do. Hard copies have been available or download your own sheet or card.
